General Terms of Service
- ALL COMMISSIONS are taken via VGEN, link is on the front page of my carrd.- My turn around time can be between 3 - 30 days. However, due to my disability, it can change. If I take longer than my stated time, I will communicate with you.- All commission & adoptable prices are in USD. I use PayPal only.- Please provide a CLEAR reference of your character, and I do not work off of text descriptions with the exception of custom designs.- Full refunds can only be offered if I have not started a commission, after that, you will be refunded based off of the completed stage. You will be allowed to keep the artwork after that point.- Please be communicative during the commission process, you may ask me to make any changes. This includes my own mistakes, both general & design commissions. However this does not include major changes, such as a complete pose change.- My artwork may not be used to train AI or to be used as NFT’s, even if you own the artwork.- Do not print, and/or make merchandise of my artwork to sell.- Please contact me on any one of my socials linked on my front page to claim a commission if there is something you’d like that is not on my VGEN.- I have the right to refuse a commission if it makes me uncomfortable, or for any other reason.
Design Terms of Service
- Do not credit yourself as a creator for my designs on toyhouse or any other website.
- Do not delete my designs from toyhouse.
- My original design and any redesign(s) may not be seperated If you decide to rehome the character, the original and any randition(s) must stay together.
- Do not heavily reference my designs to make more similar characters, even if you own a design by me.
- All sales are final on customs & adoptables.
- Do not put your own Terms of Service or rules over my designs.
Additionally: You cannot enforce a buy/trade back agreement over my designs, it is not my responsibility if a person does not follow someone else's rules.

Boundaries
- I do not work with anyone who is racist, ableist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, etc.
- I block whoever I want without reason. If you are blocked by me anywhere do not make any attempts to contact me.
- Do not contact me about, or involve me in online discourse. I block whoever makes me uncomfortable, and not anyone who someone else wants me to block for their comfort.
- I have a private blacklist for my own comfort, breaking my terms will land you on that list and I will not sell my designs, art, or work with you in any form. Do not ask to be removed from it, and I will not share this list to the public.
- I am a private person, please do not go out of your way to talk to me, or ask me about my personal life.
