Artwork Terms of Service

- My turn around time can be between 3 - 30 days. However, due to my disability, it can change. If I take longer than my stated time, I will communicate with you.- All commission & adoptable prices are in USD. I use PayPal only.- Full refunds can only be offered if I have not started a commission, after that, you will be refunded based off of the completed stage. You will be allowed to keep the artwork after that point.- Please be communicative during the commission process, you may ask me to make any changes. This includes both general & design commissions. However this does not include major changes, such as a complete pose change.- My artwork may not be used to train AI or to be used as NFT’s, even if you own the artwork.- Please contact me on any one of my socials linked on my front page to claim a commission.

Blacklist Terms

☆ My blacklist may be updated periodically as to prevent blacklist evasion.
☆ Do not harass anyone on this list.
My blacklist is my boundary, violating this boundary will result in blacklisting.- Users on my blacklist are NOT permitted to own, purchase, trade for, enter contests for, or be given any original designs made by me.- Anyone who relinquishes ownership of my original designs to any blacklisted user will be blacklisted as well.- A blacklisted user may not purchase, trade for, enter contests for, be gifted, etc, any kind of artwork from me.- Nobody is permitted to get art for a blacklisted user in any way, this includes artwork with a non-blacklisted user's character, & a blacklisted user's character in the same image.

Disclosure: An original design by me means that the design has my username set as the original creator on toyhouse, this does not include when my username is set as a "desiger". This also includes when a design was a pre-made adoptable, or a custom design commission.

Design Terms of Service

- Do not rehome any of my designs to anyone on my blacklist.- Once a blacklisted user relinquishes ownership of my design(s), they may not have it back.- Do not credit yourself as a creator for my designs on toyhouse or any other website.- Do not delete my designs from toyhouse.- My original design and any redesign(s) may not be seperated If you decide to rehome the design, the original and any randition(s) must stay together.- Do not heavily reference my designs to make more similar characters, even if you own a design by me.- All sales are final on customs & adoptables.- Do not put your own Terms of Service or rules over my designs.
Additionally: You cannot enforce a buy/trade back agreement over my designs, it is not my responsibility if a person does not follow somone else's rules.- I am not responsible for any complaints about a custom if a person does not ask me for changes or alterations when I’m making the design. Please be clear with me with any fixes or edits during the creation process ♡
